Because every custom sign order is made just for you, we cannot accept returns. However, you may return stock items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Of course if the order in our error, we will gladly refund shipping costs.
Because every custom sign order is made just for you, we cannot accept exchanges. However, stock items may be exchanged for store credit if items are in original condition and request is made in writing (email) within 30 days of delivery. Of course shipping charges will apply.
Mistake by Citi Ink
Mistakes happen, and when it is our fault Citi Ink is happy to redo your order at no additional charge to you. We will ask for you to return the order in question (at our expense) and may also request pictures of the error. It is the prerogative of Citi Ink to offer a discount on the mistaken order, should you, the customer, be interested in keeping the mistaken order.
